Bartels Group Inc. is searching for a dynamic and dedicated Sales Development Representative to assist with lead cultivation, brand support, and driving sales growth for our diverse service offerings.

Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40/Week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Ancaster, ON. (In Person)


  • Entry level to 2 years of sales or lead generation experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Adept in using LinkedIn and other networking platforms for lead generation and sales outreach
  • Able to work flexible schedules to meet customer needs outside regular business hours
  • Excellent at cold calling and presenting services
  • Proficient at organizing CRM to drive follow ups and additional sales calls


  • Arrange and book meetings for sales teams to present services
  • Work along side sales and marketing departments to create new targets and leads
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Can conduct in-depth research to harvest and develop customer prospects across Canada and the United States
  • Are persistent, persuasive, and eager to connect with potential clients
  • Stay updated on new products and services, as well as competitor and industry activities
  • Are adaptable and flexible, adjusting strategies in response to market dynamics and customer needs
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy to represent Bartels Group positively
