HR Coordinator

Bartels Group Inc. is seeking an organized and driven HR Coordinator to support our human resources initiatives. This role is the backbone of our talent acquisition activities, providing crucial assistance to hiring managers and integrating new employees as they start their careers with us.

JOB DETAILS:

Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Ancaster, ON. (In-Person)
Compensation: Completive Salary + Benefits & RRSP Program

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A background in HR with specific experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel, along with strong administrative skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to effectively drive the recruitment process with efficiency, keep a keen eye for talent, and ensuring that Bartels Group continues to grow with the best team onboard.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO:

  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to phone screens, interviews, and extending employment offers.
  • Take charge of HR activities, benefits open enrollment (US & Canada), and company-wide events, showcasing strong organizational skills.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, ensuring a smooth introduction to the company, and administer a detailed onboarding process.
  • Administer benefits enrollment and manage periodic activities such as Stats Can Surveys.
  • Handle driver abstracts, backchecks, pre-employment drug testing, and new hire reporting.
  • Engage with multiple departments to ensure staffing needs are aligned with business needs.
  • Are dedicated to providing outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
