Laborer/Swamper

Ox On Site is in search of talented and knowledgeable Swampers to excavate around utilities and pipelines quickly, safely, and precisely, using our advanced fleet of Dry-Vac trucks.

JOB DETAILS:

Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Starting Wage: Competitive Wages + bonus pay
Location: Various Locations (GA, WV)

REQUIREMENTS:

• D class driver’s license, maintaining a clean driver’s abstract.
• Successfully pass the pre-employment process to include Background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record.
• Frequent travel required, up to 75% based on project assignment needs.
• Capable of performing labor-intensive jobs including exposure work areas that are dirty, dusty, and noisy.
• Able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO:

• Enjoy out-of-town travel (hotel paid by company, Per diem on each paycheck for every night away from home, monthly cell phone allowance added to pay)
• Safely and successfully complete excavation work, and various other tasks connected to construction projects (wearing all provided PPE at all times)
• Have previous vacuum truck, swamper, coring, slinger, concrete mixing, or other related industrial construction experience.
• Attend safety meetings and ensures all tasks are completed in a safe and professional manner.
• Ensure the truck and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Possess strong team-oriented skills and can collaborate effectively in a team setting
