Manager of Information Systems

Bartels Group Inc. is looking for a seasoned and experienced Manager of Information Systems to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all information systems and technology solutions across the organization.

JOB DETAILS:

Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Office Hours (Monday – Friday) – After-hours availability periodically required
Working Conditions: In-Person – Standard Office Environment
Location: Ancaster, ON

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IS/IT management, including infrastructure oversight, systems implementation, and strategic planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) is a plus
• Experience managing complex IT projects using project management tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and mentoring high-performing technical teams
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and business applications
• Expertise in cybersecurity practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to stay current with emerging technologies, including AI and data analytics
